The solution to all of those problems is incredibly simple: You "rent" space on a Virtual-Private-Server (for less than $10/month) and then you install a Free Elite-Proxy program onto that server. And then every time you go online, instead of connecting directly to your desired website, you first connect to your "Elite-Proxy-Server", and then connect to the desired website from there.

The Role of the Virtual-Private-Server is that it has it's own IP Address (and it's located in a different part of the country, or in a different country altogether). The role of the Elite Proxy software is that it hides the fact that you're using a proxy. In fact, an Elite-Proxy is the ONLY type of proxy that cannot be detected as a proxy. The software replaces the server's real identification headers with identification headers of a personal computer (and thus, not a proxy). The Elite-Proxy software also streamlines the process of connecting through the server. All you have to do is login to your Elite Proxy Server via the menu bar on your web-browser, and then once you're logged in, you can surf the internet through your web browser just like you normally do -there is no noticable difference.
