A Quick Analogy for a Personal Elite Proxy Server:

The Problem: Let's say that you only want to go to the party if a certain girl is going to be there that has your heart all aflutter, but you don't want this girl to know that you like her yet (nor do you want her to know that you're interested in whether she's going to the party or not). If you call her yourself/directly to ask her about the party, she'll very likely figure out that you like her.

The Solution: You have one of your friends call her instead (preferrably another girl). That way you can find out if she's going to the party or not, without her knowing that it was you that wanted to know! Your friend is the Proxy Server, and if she didn't tell the girl that she was asking for you, then she was an anonymous proxy server. If she didn't even tell her that she was asking for anyone (other than for herself -i.e., she didn't reveal the fact that she was acting as a proxy for someone) then not only was she an anonymous proxy server, but now she was also the very best type of proxy you can get (because it doesn't identify itself as being a proxy): an Elite Proxy Server (that's even better, because if she had told her she was asking for someone else, even though she didn't say that it was you, specifically, that would obviously still be very suspicious, and she might even be able to figure out that it was you, but if your friend just pretended that she only wanted to know for herself, then their wouldn't be any reason for the girl to get suspicious and start trying to figure out who it was.) If you're the only person that your friend ever does this sort of thing for, then she is also a Private/Personal Elite Proxy Server!
