If you don't want to set up your elite proxy server for yourself, and would rather have us set the whole thing up for you, we charge $50 per proxy server set up, and our monthly hosting fees are $20/month. We have fewer servers than traditional VPS hosting companies do, and have much less volume, and thus, our hosting fees are higher than those that can be found elsewhere (if you set up the proxy server for yourself and find your own host). We never intended to do proxy server hosting. In fact, we would prefer that you learn to set it up for yourself instead (and thus, find lower hosting fees). We just wanted to sell our instruction manual, but the requests for us to set them up became so numerous that we really didn't have much of a choice. We will do it for you, but we still strongly encourage you to learn how to do it for yourself using our instruction manual. We have no intention of trying to compete with traditional VPS hosting companies.

Your cheapest option then, would be to find a VPS hosting company with lower hosting rates than ours, and set up the proxy server yourself. We'll even show you how to find one (in the confirmation email from the instruction manual purchase). We recommend this option to anyone capable of setting it up for themselves -it's really not that difficult.
