Facebook Proxy Server:

The cheapest and most effective way to create a Facebook Proxy
is to rent a cheap ($10/month) Virtual Private Server and load it up
with free open source elite proxy server software. The hosting company
will set you up with a blank server section that has its own IP
address, and then give that server its own web address for you to
access over the internet using your web browser just like you would to
go to any website. There will be a control panel that gives you access
to the root directory of the server. Basically all you have to do is
open up the root directory and upload the free proxy software. Loading
the proxy software is a simple matter of entering a few lines of code
into the root directory of the VPS. A few more lines of code creates
your personal login name and password. There are a few other minor
little tweeks, and then your VPS is now an elite proxy server (in this
case an Elite Facebook Proxy).
So now all you
have to do is change your web browser to connect to the internet via
your new facebook proxy instead of connecting directly. You can see how
easy this is right now. Up on your browser toolbar (Firefox) select:
Tools >> Options >> Advanced >> Network >>
Settings. The top option is "No Proxy". The fourth option is "Manual
Proxy Configuration". All you have to do is paste in your VPS's IP
address where it says "http proxy" and then change the port number to
3128. Click "OK" and your done. That's it. Your browser will now
connect to the internet using your facebook proxy IP address
instead of your real IP address. Facebook has no idea that you're the
same person. In fact, no website knows that you're the same person. Not
only is your IP totally different, but you also appear to be in a
totally different city ...possibly even a different country. And the
best part is; facebook can NOT even tell that you're using a proxy,
because an Elite Proxy is the
ONLY type of Facebook Proxy that CANNOT be identified as being a proxy.
To facebook or any other website, it just looks like a personal
computer is connecting to them just like they would expect. If you were
to use some other type of proxy other than an Elite
Proxy as your facebook proxy, then facebook would be able to see that
you were connecting through a server (a proxy server) rather than
through a personal computer. Since facebook is on the look out for
people connecting through servers rather than through personal
computers, they could deduce that you're using a proxy to hide your IP
from them. It's extremely simple to avoid this using my method ...just
load your VPS with elite proxy server software instead of another type such as anonymous proxy software. An elite
proxy goes a step above an anonymous proxy server ...not only is it
anonymous, but it also hides the fact that you're using a proxy server.
Both types of software are free to upload as open source so there's no
reason not to choose the better of the two.
How Much Will it Cost? The
cost to rent the VPS will be less than $10/month. If you don't know how
to turn a VPS into an elite proxy server, then you'll also need
instructions and the code to put into the root directory. My
instruction manual has both of those things and costs about $20.
Alternately; if you'd rather just have us set the whole thing up for
you and send you your new IP address and login details, we charge $100
for setting it up for you. Don't be intimidated though; a
non-programmer can easily do this themselves using the instruction
manual. I've made it specifically for non-programmers. If you can copy
& paste, you can easily do this for yourself. It shouldn't take
more than about an hour to set up your own personal facebook
proxy.
