Step #1 - I'll send you the link to the VPS hosting company's order form. Rent four unmanaged Virtual Private Servers from them (currently $6/month each).
             - Get one VPS from each of their four cities (each comes pre-installed w/ its own unique IP address).

Step #2 - Forward me the confirmation emails from the hosting company with your VPS login details.

Step #3 - I'll turn each of the four VPS's into elite proxy servers and then send you your login details and IP address for each.

Step #4 - Set up four new free email addresses at google.

Step #5 - Login to your first IP address, go to craigslist and create one new craigslist account using one of your new email addresses (NO PVA Required for Apartment Listings). Post 3 ads. Log Out of your craigslist account (Very Important). Leave the craigslist website. Clear your browser's cookies (or set your browser to automatically clear cookies when you close the browser) (Very Important). Close your browser. Reopen your browser. Login to your second IP address and repeat with each of your five IP addresses (your four new ones and your real one).

VERY IMPORTANT:

- Log Out of your craigslist account EVERY TIME.
- Clear Browser cookies and restart the browser EVERY TIME.
- NEVER EVER login to one of your craigslist accounts while your browser is still connecting through one of your other IP addresses.
- Make yourself a hand written list like the one below:

I charge $100 (one time fee) per proxy server/unique IP address I set up for you.
If you want me to set up four of them as in the example above, I'll give you a 10% discount (four unique IP set ups for $360 one time fee).
